The staff were genuinely attentive! they anticipated our needs and provided thoughtful recommendations for local experiences. our junior suite patio was a dream, with a tranquil courtyard and elegant decor! breakfast was a daily highlight. I loved the fresh fruit, local pastries, and delicious traditional dishes that set us up perfectly for each day.

finding the hotel initially was a bit tricky due to its location in the kasbah area.

the staff provided superb treatment. everyone was friendly and cheerful. our room had a comfortable bed and full blackout curtains. the riad features beautiful architecture and a vintage feel.

the hotel's inaccessibility was a problem. they did not make it clear parking is unavailable. it is a nightmare to find your way to the hotel. i would not stay here again because of that reason.

The staff was attentive. They were very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast included pastries, fresh omelets, and fruit. I also enjoyed the orange juice and coffee.

Room 11 smelled humid. The hotel didn't make it clear that parking is not available. Finding the hotel was a nightmare (that is true!).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa treatments were excellent. The hotel location is a short walk to some sites. The Wi-Fi was good throughout the hotel.

The hotel lacks parking. It is a ten-minute walk from the parking area to the hotel. This walk can be difficult with luggage. The restaurant service was slow. I needed to hurry them to order since I had appointments.

The staff provided early check-in, the room became available sooner than expected. Rooftop restaurant waiters delivered meals quickly. I was impressed by the attentiveness and service provided throughout my stay.

Room's dehumidifiers did not completely eliminate humidity, a persistent smell remained.
