The 200m² Les Bains Almaha spa includes two traditional hammams, two massage rooms, a jacuzzi surrounded by zellige columns, marble saunas, and cold water basins. Treatments feature black soap scrubs, reflexology sessions, and Ayurvedic massages using argan oil products. The spa menu offers authentic Moroccan rituals and closes at 8:00 pm. The property also features an 18m² heated outdoor pool on the first floor and seven private sun terraces on the roof.

Located in the historic Kasbah district, once home to royal stables, the hotel is 500 meters from the Koutoubia Mosque and 0.5 km from Bab Agnaou and Badi Palace.
