The restaurant offers traditional tagines (chicken with lemon and olives, beef with plums), royal couscous with seven vegetables, and Moroccan pastilla. Guests can dine in the sculpted library, at the Patio courtyard, or in the Pixel Lounge with its 23,000 silk-padded cube installation. The rooftop Sunset bar 'Bidaya' serves signature cocktails with views of the Medina and Atlas Mountains, open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.

The 200m² Les Bains Almaha spa includes two traditional hammams, two massage rooms, a jacuzzi surrounded by zellige columns, marble saunas, and cold water basins.
